Our return policy is simple. We will take back any item within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item. In order to return an item the buyer must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Items returned without a RMA will be charged an additional $10 processing fee. All returns must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging (not including the box) complete with all: wrappings, hang-tags, and straps etc. that were received with the item. Also items returned without these items will be charged an additional reconditioning fee of 10% of the purchase price. Because we offer free shipping and the considerable time for our warehouse to process returns a 10% (of purchase price) restocking fee is applied to all non-defective returned items. You are responsible for items lost-in-transit so, we recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking and/or insurance. We do not refund shipping fees. Please mail returns to:
